Financial Pattern Recognition Training

Professional learning environment for financial trend analysis

Help Others Master Markets

We're looking for people who understand that teaching financial trend recognition isn't about quick wins or secret formulas. It's about breaking down how markets actually move, showing learners what matters, and helping them build judgment that holds up when things get messy. If you've spent real time reading charts and spotting patterns, you know what we mean.

Current Openings

These positions require both technical skill and the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms. We're not looking for salespeople or motivational speakers.

What We Actually Offer

We keep things straightforward. The work is challenging because teaching market analysis properly requires precision and patience. But we try to make the rest easier.

Flexible Schedule

Set your teaching hours around your life. Most instructors work evening sessions when learners are available after their day jobs.

Remote Work

Everything happens online. You'll need reliable internet and a quiet space for live sessions, but location doesn't matter.

Market Access

Use our data feeds and charting tools for your own analysis. Many instructors find this saves them subscription costs.

Small Classes

Group sessions cap at 15 learners. This keeps things manageable and lets you give proper attention to individual questions.

Curriculum Support

We provide structured lesson plans and materials. You can adapt them based on what works with your teaching style.

Competitive Rates

Pay scales with experience and session ratings. Top instructors earn significantly more than entry-level positions.

Who You'll Work With

Our team includes former traders, financial analysts, and educators who've been through market cycles. Most have years of chart time and understand that pattern recognition is part skill, part experience, part staying calm when volatility hits.

We're not trying to create a "culture" with forced bonding events. People here tend to be curious, detail-oriented, and appreciate precise language. Collaboration happens naturally when you're solving problems together.

Direct Communication

We skip the corporate speak. If something needs fixing, we say it plainly. Most decisions get made in quick conversations, not endless meetings.

Continuous Improvement

Markets change, so our content does too. Instructors regularly update materials based on current conditions and learner feedback.

Teaching Focus

The work centers on helping people understand markets, not hitting sales targets or pushing upsells. Your success is measured by learner outcomes.

How Applications Work

The process is designed to see if you can actually teach this material, not just talk about it. Most candidates complete the full process in two to three weeks.

1

Initial Application

Submit your background and a brief explanation of how you'd teach support and resistance to someone who's never looked at a chart. We want to see your thinking, not polished marketing copy.

2

Technical Assessment

Analyze a few chart scenarios and explain what you're seeing. This tests your actual pattern recognition ability and how you communicate technical observations.

3

Teaching Demo

Conduct a 20-minute mini-lesson on a topic we assign. A couple of our instructors will act as students, asking questions at varying skill levels.

4

Team Discussion

Talk with the curriculum lead and a senior instructor about your approach to teaching, handling difficult questions, and adapting content for different learning speeds.

Ready to Start?

If you have real experience reading markets and can explain what you know without oversimplifying or overcomplicating, we'd like to hear from you. Send us your background and we'll go from there.
