Refund Policy

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the specific circumstances and type of service purchased. We strive to be fair and reasonable in assessing all refund requests while maintaining the sustainability of our educational platform.

2. Course and Session Refunds

2.1 Individual Sessions

Refunds for individual sessions may be granted under the following conditions:

Full Refund: Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Partial Refund: Requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the session start time may receive a partial refund of 50% of the session fee.

No Refund: Requests made less than 24 hours before the session start time, or after the session has commenced, are not eligible for refunds.

2.2 Group Sessions

Group session refunds follow similar guidelines to individual sessions, with the following specifications:

Before First Session: Full refund available if requested at least 72 hours before the first scheduled group session.

After First Session: Pro-rated refunds may be issued for the remaining sessions if the request is made within 7 days of the first session and before the second session has occurred.

Mid-Course Withdrawal: No refunds are provided for group sessions once two or more sessions have been completed.

2.3 Course Packages

Multi-session course packages and bundled offerings are subject to the following refund terms:

Unused Packages: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been scheduled or attended.

Partially Used Packages: Pro-rated refunds calculated based on the number of completed sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee, may be issued within 30 days of purchase.

Completed Packages: No refunds are available once all sessions in a package have been completed or made available for scheduling.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Early Cancellation: Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months, minus a 20% administrative fee.

After 30 Days: No refunds are available for annual subscriptions cancelled more than 30 days after the initial purchase date.

4. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions

We understand that technical difficulties may occasionally impact your learning experience. In cases where service disruptions are attributable to our platform:

Platform Downtime: If our platform experiences downtime exceeding 2 hours during a scheduled session, affected learners may request a full refund for that specific session or a complimentary replacement session.

Instructor Absence: If an instructor fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, learners will receive either a full refund for that session or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Quality Issues: If you experience persistent technical quality issues that significantly impair your learning experience, and these issues are verified to originate from our platform, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may prevent learners from completing their enrolled courses. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

Medical Emergencies: Documented medical emergencies affecting the learner or immediate family members may qualify for partial or full refunds depending on timing and documentation provided.

Relocation or Job Changes: Significant life changes that impact your ability to continue learning may be considered for partial refunds if requested within 14 days of the circumstance occurring.

All exceptional circumstance requests require supporting documentation and are subject to management approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Digital Materials: Downloadable course materials, recorded sessions, worksheets, and other digital content accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.

Promotional Discounts: Discounted or promotional pricing cannot be refunded in cash; only the actual amount paid is eligible for refund.

Third-Party Services: Any third-party tools, software, or services recommended or integrated with our courses are subject to their own refund policies.

Certification Fees: Fees paid for certificates, credentials, or assessments are non-refundable once the certification process has been initiated.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

Credit Card Refunds: 7-10 business days to appear on your statement

Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-7 business days

Digital Wallet Refunds: 3-5 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment method.

7.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method.

8. Credits and Vouchers

In certain situations, we may offer account credits or vouchers as an alternative to monetary refunds:

Account Credits: Credits applied to your Virelliqora account can be used toward any future courses, sessions, or services. Credits do not expire and are transferable within the same account only.

Vouchers: Promotional vouchers issued in lieu of refunds may have expiration dates and usage restrictions as specified at the time of issuance.

Account credits and vouchers are non-transferable to other users and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Fraudulent Activity

Virelliqora reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving fraudulent activity, abuse of our refund policy, or violations of our Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:

Multiple refund requests for similar services without valid justification

Attempting to access or download course materials before requesting a refund

Providing false information or documentation to support a refund claim

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

Accounts found to engage in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated, and legal action may be pursued where appropriate.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting Virelliqora to resolve the issue, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact our support team directly to address any billing concerns before pursuing a chargeback.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may prevent you from using our services in the future.

11. Changes to This Policy

Virelliqora reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
